The Taney County Collector's Office held their Annual Delinquent Tax Sale on August 28, 2023. (Per RSMo. 140.260). It is now the responsibility of the County Collector to sell the qualified properties over the counter. The bid may be sent by mail, email, or hand delivered. If sending by email, please type "BID" in the subject line. All bids must include the bidders name, phone number, email address, parcel number, legal description and amount of the bid. The accepted bidder must pay, in addition to their bid, a processing/recording fee in the amount of $34.50 for each parcel. The bidder must be at least 18 years old, a Missouri resident and be able to sign an affidavit stating they do not owe any taxes. If your bid is accepted, upon payment and notarized bidder affidavit, qualifying high bidders will receive an immediate Collector's Deed and there will be no right of redemption. On behalf of the entities, all offers will be evaluated as bona-fide offers. All bids must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on September 8, 2023. Please call the Taney County Collector if you have any

AFTER JANUARY 1st, your bid amount will include delinquent taxes through 2023.
The Taney County Collector DOES NOT make nor does she imply any guarantees regarding title, liens, or encumbrances on any of the properties offered for sale. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW THE LAND YOU ARE ABOUT TO BID ON. YOUR BID IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
